Made from grapes harvested in the Maso Donati vineyards in Mezzocorona in the Campo Rotaliano

WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
The grapes are harvested in September. After a light crush, a process of white wine vinification is undertaken with an immediate separation of the grape skins from the must to maintain its rose colouring. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in steel tanks until bottling

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: beautiful pale garnet colour
NOSE: fruity, round, delicate, with hints of berries, in particular raspberries and currant
PALATE: dry and fresh with a pleasant roundness
ALCOHOL: 13% Vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
15° – 16° C

FOOD PAIRINGS
Wonderful as an aperitif or with starters, vegetable dishes or white meat. It also pairs well with fish. A true delight when enjoyed during the warmer seasons

CONSERVATION AND AGING
Best consumed the year of bottling or a few years thereafter
