WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
Soft pressing of the clusters, temperature-controlled fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottled

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR:pale pink, light garnet
NOSE:fruity, delicate with hints of vanilla
PALATE:dry, fresh, with texture
ALCOHOL:13% VOL

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 15° – 16° C

FOOD PAIRING
Roasts, chicken stews, veal, pork, soups, hors d’ oeuvre. It is one of the few Rosè wines that goes well with fish dishes

CONSERVATION AND AGING
Best consumed the year of bottling or a few years thereafter
