WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
A light crush ensures the wine’s typical characteristics are maintained. Fermentation is undergone at a steady temperature in steel containers. The wine is then aged 6 months in the bottle before sold
TASTING NOTES
The variety is characterized by small bunches with rose to bronze-coloured grapes, with a marked aromatic taste
COLOUR: straw yellow, leaning to golden
NOSE: intense, notable tropical fruit, namely lychees, pineapple, banana and other aromatic notes
PALATE: full bodied, aromatic, balanced, and well-structured
ALCOHOL: 13,5% – 14% Vol.
